What you’ll be doing
- You will be working both independently and as part of a successful Outsourced Solutions team.
- Our Outsourced Solutions Team handles insurance claims on behalf of some of the biggest insurers in the market.
- You will be confident in reviewing quantum, valuing general and special damages, and finalizing case plans, including providing advice on next steps.
- Experience working within a Claims Department is critical, as we act for insurers to lead in customer service and cost management.
- You will supervise and provide guidance to ensure the correct procedures and processes are followed.
- You will effectively support the team to ensure all cases are handled in compliance with Solicitors’ Accounts Rules and Law Society Practice Management Standards.
What do I need?
- For this role, we are looking for someone who has previous experience in managing a team, while enhancing performance and who has a focused client service approach.
- You will be able to guide and advise your team on best practice while identifying training needs for the best output alongside frequent analysis of Management Information.
