We are currently looking for an experienced administrator to join our Legal Support team based in Media City Salford.

As a Legal Support Administrator, you will provide file opening and general administration support to all departments of the firm ensuring all our service level agreements (SLA’s) and management information (MI) deadlines are met.

Main responsibilities:

  • To create new instruction files. Entering key data required to open a new file within our case management system.
  • Liaise with clients, courts and third parties by telephone and email in order to obtain missing information and/or clarify instructions provided.
  • Prioritise work according to urgency (i.e. AOS dates, SLA, specific client requests).
  • Prepare and file Court documents including AOS, NOI and NOA as required.
  • Access client web-based portals for additional information and documentation.
  • Manage multiple email inboxes.
  • Document production including preparation and sending of client care letters/ acknowledgements
  • General file administration.
  • To provide support to Fee Earners as and when required.
  • To use all office equipment efficiently & competently.
  • To ensure the confidentiality of all the firm’s and client’s documentation and information in compliance with all DPA requirements.
