About the team
Our Legal Expenses Insurance team is a busy, growing, and collaborative team handling a wide range of insurance-funded disputes and advisory work. The team supports insurers, policyholders, and commercial clients across varied areas including property disputes, contractual issues, and employment matters.
You’ll be joining a supportive environment where knowledge sharing is encouraged, and you’ll gain exposure to diverse, high-quality work while developing your litigation expertise alongside experienced colleagues.
What you’ll be doing
- Assisting with a wide range of insurance-funded disputes and advisory work
- Supporting on landlord & tenant disputes, contractual disputes, consumer issues, property matters, construction claims (including arbitration and adjudication), and employment disputes
- Carrying out policy coverage assessments and drafting legal advice
- Supporting senior lawyers on more complex matters
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships with insurers, brokers, and policyholders
- Providing clear, practical, and commercially sound legal advice under supervision
- Managing client communications and ensuring timely updates
- Handling initial requests for legal advice and supporting case assessments
- Delivering excellent client service and contributing to the team’s reputation
What do I need?
