So, if you want to experience what life is like at HF look at our Legal Operations Administrator position within our Corporate & Commercial Dispute Resolution, Restructuring and Insolvency Department.
What you’ll be doing
Managing the opening of new client files and conducting thorough conflict checks
Preparing and processing billing for client files
Handling finance-related tasks, including time transfers, write-offs, and supporting WIP return processes
Maintaining accurate and organised filing systems
Overseeing stationery orders and ensuring stock control
Assisting with expense claim processing
Supporting Heads of Departments with debt collection activities
What do I need?
Excellent oral and written communication skills
High level of attention to detail
Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision
Strong planning, organisational and time management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
Able to meet deadlines and escalate where appropriate
Experience of working with Microsoft office packages, including Excel.
Experience of working within a legal department is preferable
