What You'll Be Doing

As the go-to support for our team, you'll take pride in:

• Typing, formatting and proofreading documents with sharp attention to detail
• Handling internal and external communication with professionalism
• Managing electronic and paper files to ensure seamless organisation
• Coordinating diaries, scheduling appointments, and booking travel arrangements
• Assisting with client invoicing and monthly financial processes
• Using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and CRM Dynamics
• Taking accurate messages and redirecting calls with ease and confidence
• Supporting court documentation preparation and document exhibits
