What you’ll be doing
- Deal with insurance cases whereby a replacement vehicle has been hired on a deferred credit basis and investigate the individuals, credit hire companies and beyond to determine if there are any fraud indicators as to the genuine nature of the claim.
- You will predominantly be handling your own case load of pre litigated delegated authority claims. These can be up to £100k in value.
- In addition, the team deals with some litigated matters up to the Fast Track limit.
- The role represents a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to high quality and challenging work.
- There will also be ample opportunities to help shape strategy and for contact with insurer clients.
What do I need?
- We’re looking for candidates with experience from an insurer, credit hire company, or credit hire law firm.
- An enthusiastic, self-motivated attitude combined with a desire to exceed targets and work in a fast-paced environment is essential.
- Initiative, creative problem-solving, and a strong work ethic will help you thrive in our close-knit team.
