Fraud Billing Administrator: 1-3 Month Fixed Term Contract

We’re looking for a proactive individual to support our dynamic team within the renowned Counter Fraud Department. In this role, you’ll assist with billing on hourly rate cases and manage monies recovered from third parties, playing a vital part in our success.
What will you be doing?
- Handle billing systems for individual clients with precision
- Chase outstanding invoices and manage transactional documentation
- Maintain excellent relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Ensure all billing and financial transactions meet deadlines and comply with regulations
- Support team members during busy periods and help achieve billing targets
- Assist with recovery calculations and reimbursements
- Adhering to the Solicitors Accounts Rules
What do you need?
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently with common sense and initiative
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
- Knowledge of billing systems (Aderant experience is a plus, but not essential)
- Previous accounts or billing experience is advantageous but not required
