About the team
You’ll be joining the recruitment team at HF, working alongside another Recruitment Advisor and the Recruitment Manager. Together, we form part of the wider People Team.
We’re passionate about delivering a high-quality recruitment service and creating an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring managers. You’ll be encouraged to take ownership of your work, contribute ideas, and build strong relationships across the business.
What you’ll be doing
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles, using direct sourcing to reduce agency spend.
- Advertise vacancies across job boards, LinkedIn, and the company website.
- Partner with hiring managers to create engaging job descriptions and support interview preparation.
- Screen candidates, conduct pre-interview calls, and coordinate interviews and feedback.
- Support early careers recruitment, including graduate and apprentice programmes, assessment days, and careers events.
- Help build talent pipelines and contribute to employer branding across social media.
Collaborate with the Recruitment Manager on projects, PSL management, and process improvements.
What do I need?
- Previous in-house or agency recruitment experience.
- Confident sourcing candidates via LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Skilled in interviewing across various role levels.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Familiar with managing relationships with third-party recruiters.
- Organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
